WHO CARES is a documentary film about sea-level rise in Miami and the general city growth in the beginning of the 2020s. Billionaires coming from New York and Los Angeles are attracted by the warmer climate and no-income-tax policy. Miami is therefore one of the first city in the world to experience climate gentrification. The film addresses the intensifying social divide in Florida, exacerbated by the climate crisis. 

As Miami grapples with these challenges, its approach to adapting - or failing to adapt - will serve as a cautionary tale or a blueprint for other cities in the world.
